Experience:
Christopher has extensive experience with intellectual property law including drafting and prosecuting patent applications in many technical fields. He has worked both with private intellectual property law firms and with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in the Office of the Solicitor.
Christopher has extensive experience with a wide range of technologies, including electronic systems such as display screens, integrated circuits, computer systems, and communications networks, image-forming apparatuses such as printers, laser scanners, etc., as well as print cartridges and printer toner, financial technologies (FinTech), medical devices such as diagnostic equipment, sporting equipment such as golf balls, automotive devices such as headlamps and tires, etc.
Christopher also has extensive experience with electronic communication and control systems, enabling control of a wide variety of systems from mobile devices. Christopher has also worked extensively with near-field communication systems for the efficient pairing of devices in secured environments, as well as providing electronic payment systems for securely transmitting payment information.
Christopher also has extensive experience filing and prosecuting trademark applications to be used with client inventions and services, as well as securing the marks and logos for consumer goods and services.
